Fees

All GP consultations privately billed

Short Consultation

  • Whether 'in-clinic' or via Telehealth on weekdays, is priced at $102.40 with a $61 gap. 

  • After 5 pm on weekdays or Saturdays before 1 pm, the cost adjusts to $113.40 with a $72 gap. 

  • For Saturday 'in-clinic' consultations after 1 pm and on Public Holidays, the fee is $125.90 with a $72 gap. 

  • Please be aware that Telehealth services are not offered on Saturdays after 1 pm or on Public Holidays.

Prolonged Appointment(30 Minutes or More)

  • Weekday consultation is priced at $200 with an $82 gap. 

  • Not available on Saturdays and after hours 

New Patient Cancelation Fees

  • Initiating a new patient appointment requires a $55 payment pre-authorisation when booking online. 

  • Failure to supply payment details within 90 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. -The final fee, based on consultation duration and Medicare item specifics, will be processed in the clinic post-consultation. 

  • Given the limited appointment availability, we kindly request at least 1-hour notice for cancellations. 

  • Missed appointments or those canceled without 1-hour notice incur a $55 fee via the pre-authorised payment method.

Double 'In-Clinic' Consultation

  • Weekday consultation is priced at $162.10 with an $82gap. 

  • After 5 pm on weekdays or Saturdays before 1 pm, the fee increases to $172.10 with a $92 gap. 

  • Please note that double appointments are not available on Saturdays after 1 pm or on Public Holidays. 

  • Additionally, Telehealth double appointments are not offered. 

Aged Pension Card holder ‘in-clinic’ or Telehealth

  • weekday consultation of 15 minutes = $83.40 ($42gap)

  • After 5pm weekdays, or Saturdays before 1pm = $93.40 ($52 gap)

Extra Services

  • Suturing, IUD insertion, and Iron Infusions are among additional procedures incurring extra charges.

  • The procedure fee may be applied in addition to the standard consultation fee.

Telehealth Consultations

  • Duration of Telehealth appointments is 15 minutes

  • NOT available to new patients

  • NOT available on Saturdays after 1pm or Public Holidays

  • NOT available for Mental Health Careplans

  • Payment pre-authorisation required for all patients when booking your appointment online

  • Failure to supply payment details within 90 minutes will result in the appointment automatically being cancelled

  • Scheduled Telehealth consultations attract a private fee and are billed at the same rate as equivalent duration ‘in-person’ consultations

  • The finalised fee will be processed online via Hotdoc after your consultation, based on duration and the Medicare Item specifics

  • To be eligible for a Medicare Rebate, you must have had an ‘in-clinic’ consult with a GP from our clinic within the last 12 months

  • Higher fees apply after 5pm on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays

Results Policy

Most medical tests necessitate a subsequent booking for result discussions with your Doctor .

 

When your GP anticipates normal test results and they do turn out unremarkable, you could receive a ‘Hotdoc’ text message indicating normal results without specific result details sent electronically .

 

Avoid assuming ‘no news is good news’ post any medical test. 

The best approach is for both doctor and patient to confirm the successful completion of tests and receipt of results, facilitating joint planning of optimal medical management. 

 

Occasionally, if a brief follow-up appointment solely covers result outcomes, your doctor might consider a consultation fee discount.
