Let's be mindful of the Winter Blues.

As winter fast approaches and the cold air creeps its way into our bones, it also tends to mean less sunshine, grey miserable days and hey presto the winter blues take full effect.


Our mental health can take a harsh shock to the system when seasons change, and we all tend to spend more time in doors.


Mindful in May is the world's largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign. Mindful in May provides education, tools and support so you can build up to a sustainable meditation practice, to better prepare ourselves for those pesky winter blues. Research shows it takes only 10 mins of meditation a day to see significant positive benefits in your life.  So put the kettle on, step outside (if it's not raining) and take 10 minutes to yourself to reap the rewards of a daily meditation practice.
